Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that apply when you deploy the LeadPull engine.

1. Prohibited Vectors

You may not use LeadPull intelligence to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Deploy unsolicited commercial messages (spam) at scale without regard for relevance.
• Promote illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data automatically from our UI using unauthorized means.

2. Enforcement Protocols

We reserve the right to investigate any violations of this policy and take immediate appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your tenant access without refund.
