1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LeadPull, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Intelligence License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, LeadPull grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the platform for your direct business-to-business intelligence gathering.
3. Data Usage & Compliance
You agree to use any lead data obtained through LeadPull in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CCPA. We provide intelligence; you are responsible for how you deploy it.
4. Service Modifications
LeadPull reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
5. LeadPull Sites
You must have the business's permission before publishing a website on its behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you add and for obtaining rights to any text, images, trademarks, and other materials you use. The business retains ownership of its domain and content; LeadPull provides the editor and hosting. You may export your published site content, subject to rights in third-party materials.
Each website you edit, host, or publish requires its own $19 per month Sites subscription, billed separately from your LeadPull plan. The site subscription includes 30 monthly site credits for generation and edits; additional credits are sold separately. Additional paid sites each add their own $19 monthly charge. Deleting a site does not refund the unused portion of a billing period. You may manage or cancel your Sites subscription through the billing page; sites may be suspended when paid access ends.
LeadPull may suspend a site for abuse, impersonation, phishing, unlawful content, or non-payment. A private preview is a demonstration and does not imply the business has approved or endorsed it. Publishing requires your confirmation that the business has authorized the site.
